About the Role
This role provides authoritative advice on budget and financial management practices in compliance with operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all finance and procurement activities for the facility, including financial transactions, monthly reporting, and end-to-end procurement processes.
* Analyse budget and financial data to ensure accurate financial management.
* Prepare tools and information to assist staff with financial management processes.
Additionally, this role participates in budget analysis, financial reconciliation, and required reporting.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* A deep understanding of government accounting and procurement legislation, policies, and processes.
* Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving in financial and budget resource management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, along with commensurate experience.
