Reporting to and assisting the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a comprehensive and diverse marketing portfolio, including but not limited to Advertising, Entertainment, Promotions and Communications.
Your responsibilities include:
* Support and assist the Marketing & Promotions Manager.
* Communicate all marketing activity to members, guests and staff frequently through multiple communication channels.
* Maintain the Club’s Social Media Marketing opportunities.
* Coordinate events from concept to completion.
* Analyse marketing initiatives and provide recommendations based on outcomes.
* Identify trends and opportunities in marketing, entertainment, and promotions.
* Actively engage and encourage a vibrant atmosphere through your actions and engagement with your colleagues, members and guests.
* Assist management and external stakeholders on all aspects of event operations.
* Other general administration tasks as requested by Senior Management.
Communications:
1. Management of daily enquiries by members and guests via the website.
2. Plan, design, and oversee all aspects of our social media and marketing platforms (Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Website).
3. Electronic direct mail to members.
4. Contribute ideas to the overall marketing strategy as a key member of the team.
5. Photography and editing including representation at events and gather suitable materials for marketing.
6. Manage social media content calendar.
7. Website maintenance and editing.
8. Identify current club trends and insights for strategic planning purposes.
9. Ability to attend community events and represent the Clubs leadership team.
