The Opportunity
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will be the "right hand" to a Senior DM on a portfolio worth hundreds of millions. Because our client is a private entity with a flat management structure, you won't be a "cog in a machine." You will have a seat at the table for high-stakes decisions.
* Design & Feasibility: Assisting with the architectural refinement and financial modelling that ensures a project is both a masterpiece and a commercial success.
* Stakeholder Navigation: Managing top-tier consultants and navigating complex approvals for landmark infill sites.
* The "Black Swan" Mindset: Our client is well-capitalised and strategic. You will learn not just how to build, but how to navigate market cycles with a focus on liquidity and long-term brand integrity.
