The Role
This isn't a support role. You'll be the first in-region Sales Engineer - owning the technical sales motion, guiding strategic accounts, and helping shape how open networking is adopted across APAC.
You'll need to be:
* Hands-on - this is for someone who enjoys jumping in, configuring real environments, and getting into the weeds with customers.
* A trusted technical partner who can confidently run discovery, lead demos, and translate complex architecture into customer value.
* Someone who's comfortable in ambiguity - especially if you've worked in startups or small, scrappy teams in Australia, where impact matters more than job titles.
What You'll Bring
* Strong foundation in networking (routing, switching, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.)
* Experience running POCs and building demo environments
* Pre‐sales or technical consulting experience in enterprise or telco
* Based in Melbourne or Sydney, and able to travel across ANZ/ASEAN
