Senior Claims Consultant Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Claims Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in claims management to contribute to our organisation's growth and success.
This role involves reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, preparing and drafting documentation for stakeholders, developing customer relationships, and maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
* Prepare and draft appropriate documentation for stakeholders when required.
* Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
* Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment, ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences, technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, high attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools, and proactive problem-solving skills with strong decision-making abilities.
