About the role
Manage a range of
commercial disputes and insolvency matters
from start to finish.
Draft pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence, and prepare briefs to counsel.
Conduct
legal research
and provide advice on strategy and risk management.
Liaise directly with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders.
Attend and assist with
court appearances, mediations, and settlements .
Work on
cross-border disputes
and high-value matters alongside an experienced Partner.
The ideal candidate
1–3 years PQE in
commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or insolvency
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while taking ownership of tasks
Excellent communication and client service skills
