- What role you will play?As a Data Product Manager, you will support the delivery to migrate all our people data to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud and work with the technology team to ensure our target state data solutions are fit for purpose and support the strategic vision and delivery for the end-to-end product.
You will work with our team, business partners and technical product owners to validate demand and needs for data, support with establishing governance and delivery practices, and refine and prioritise the backlog with clarity on value vs. risk to drive adoption of best practices and tools.
- What you offer- 3+ years' of experience in data and analytics function or equivalent product management experience
- Strong data analytical skills with an understanding of technologies required to deliver reporting and analytical requirements which include relational databases, SQL, AWS Redshift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven negotiation and influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in SQL, Excel and other coding languages are desirable but not required
- Experience with HR data desirable, but not required.
