Join Our Growing Team – Casual Receptionist & Administrator (After School Hours/Evening Work)
Modern Medicine is looking for a friendly and organised casual receptionist/administrator to join our team for after-school shifts/evening shifts Monday to Friday from 4:00pm–8:00pm. This role is perfect for students or anyone looking for casual work in a vibrant healthcare environment.

The Role
This casual role is clinic-based, supporting our practitioners and creating a welcoming environment for patients during our busy afternoon and evening period.
Key responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting patients at reception
* Answering phone calls and booking appointments
* Processing payments and managing the appointment diary
* Supporting practitioners and the admin team with general tasks
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

* Can work independently once trained
