Essential Requirements:
* A Blue Card for working with children
* A positive suitability notice card or exemption card for working with people with disabilities
* A current Queensland driver's license
* A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or equivalent)
* Certificate III in Disability or Community Services
Desirable Traits:
* Physical fitness to perform manual handling, domestic assistance, and participate in activities with participants
* Knowledge of Person Centered Practice
* Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, including effective communication within a team
* Ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergencies
* A positive attitude and ability to multi-task
