What You'll Be Doing
Lead the delivery of ESM compliance across a significant portfolio
Take ownership of key client outcomes
Play a pivotal role in service delivery, acting as a key liaison between clients and the service team
Maintain accurate records and manage compliance
Provide excellent customer service and prepare regular reports for management
Establish yourself as ESM subject matter expert within the business, providing expert advice and guidance internally and externally
Contribute to system improvements, process development, and client reporting innovation
Build a high-performing team as we scale our ESM capability nationally
What We're Looking For
5–10 years experience in Essential Safety Measures auditing or compliance
Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards, BCA/NCC, and ESM regulatory requirements (particularly in Victoria)
Previous trade, fire services, or maintenance background highly regarded
Proven ability to deliver large-scale compliance outcomes
Leadership qualities with a genuine desire to mentor, train, and grow a team
Ambition to step into a national leadership role as the ESM division grows
A curious, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills – to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft systems and able to work independently.
