Depending on experience and project requirements, opportunities may include:
* Area Supervisor
* Site Manager
* Project Engineer / Project Manager
* Senior Project Manager
These roles play a critical part in driving project performance, leading teams, managing risk and delivering high‐quality outcomes for our clients.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from leaders who bring:
* Proven experience delivering commercial, industrial or public sector construction projects
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage site or project teams
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing, program, safety and quality
* Commercial and problem‐solving skills appropriate to role level
* Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors
* A strong sense of accountability, ownership and alignment with Buildcorp's values
About You
You may currently be working in a supervisory, project management or senior project delivery role and be open to new opportunities.
Ideally, you will have:
* Demonstrated leadership experience aligned to your level
* Experience working on complex, multi‐discipline construction sites
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (role‐dependent)
* A strong commitment to safety, collaboration and continuous improvement
