Nuvho are acting on behalf of an established family owner and operator of 20 iconic Australian tourism, hospitality and entertainment venues.

We are seeking a forward-thinking
General Manager
to lead and inspire a high-performing team, offering an exceptional opportunity to operate in a unique, high-profile hotel with award-winning food and beverage outlets.

ABOUT THE VENUE

This award-winning 60-room resort offers breathtaking 180-degree views over Roebuck Bay and the famous monthly natural lunar phenomenon of 'Staircase to the Moon' experience. The property also features a vibrant, high-volume Italian restaurant, recognised as one of Broome's best dining experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader with a strategic focus, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving business growth. You will champion a culture of mentorship, staff development, and strong community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire a cohesive team while maintaining a strategic focus on business growth.
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, high-volume restaurants, bars, and functions.
* Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, positive company culture.
* Build and maintain strong community connections through active engagement.
* Deliver innovation in food and beverage, events, and brand activations.
* Ensure all property and management operations comply with relevant laws, legislation, and regulations.
