Concreter / Crew Leader and Crew Member Positions Available
About the Role
Premier Concrete Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters for full-time roles for both SLABBIES and PAVERS in Hallam, VIC. You will have the opportunity to work as a crew leader or crew member, responsible for delivering high-quality concrete slabs or pathways and paving. This is a hands-on role where you will work as part of a team to complete concrete projects to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing site
- Prep & finishing concrete slabs, pathways and paving to specifications
- Smoothing and levelling concrete surfaces using trowels and other tools
- Operating / working with our concrete pumps, vibrators and other equipment as required
- Monitoring the curing process and implementing protective measures
- Dismantling and clearing the site once the work is complete
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concreter is a must, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Robust physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find the best solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
