We are seeking a full time/part time Property Manager, who is experienced and driven to join our team on the beautiful Magnetic Island, Queensland.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service to both tenants and landlords.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our current property manager.
Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including advertising vacancies, conducting inspections, and securing new tenants.
Oversee the property maintenance and repair processes, coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely completion of work.
Effectively manage tenant relations, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords.
Manage rental collections, arrears, and the timely processing of payments and disbursements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven track record of previous experience in residential property management, holding a current QLD property management licence.
Minimum 1-2 years of residential property management experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in using property management software, knowledge in Property Me software an advantage and technology to streamline workflows.
Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including tenancy laws and regulations.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
A current driver's licence.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
