Lead Occupational Therapist - Clinical Services
We are seeking an experienced and skilled occupational therapist to assume leadership of our clinical services in a supportive and innovative environment.
* Provide high-level care, supervision, and service improvement initiatives that promote excellence in patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical services and contribute to research, education, and collaboration opportunities.
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the relevant professional body are essential requirements.
* Additionally, the ability to operate a class C motor vehicle with appropriate licence endorsement is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
* Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Proven experience in leading clinical services and contributing to research, education, and collaboration opportunities.
