Position**:Marketing Manager - PFEC Global Australia**, directly reporting to Country Director Australia
Location: Melbourne or Sydney base
Marketing manager is responsible for devising, developing and implementing marketing projects and initiatives designed to ensure the economic, strategic and operational growth of PFEC Global Brand. The task is to build and enhance a brand's image to increase sales and sustain long-term customer loyalty. You report to higher level management and liaises and coordinates constantly with divisional leaders in relation to product development, marketing and communication, and sales to ensure the successful implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
Key Objectives:
- Collaborate with Divisional heads and turn business objectives into reality by executing effective marketing strategies
- Improve PFEC industry market share and move to different market segments while building relevant lead portfolios
- Ownership of leads and lead management
- Identify short term and long-term goals, budget and resource needs, including the development and management of monthly and annual marketing budget and measuring ROIs of each project
- understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecast, competitive analysis and client behaviour in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
Key Responsibilities
- Managing digital and traditional marketing for each division
- Participate in the development of corporate branding
- Develop and implement annual marketing plan including monthly promotional and event calendars and programmes
- Develop and manage marketing budgets
- Research on industry variations, establish and grow a target market share and discover new market segments.
- Lead generation as per the business direction and monitor ROI of each campaign and comparatively monitor actual cost vs budget
- Manage effective designing, content writing to maximise the advertising effectiveness and go beyond the market Conversion benchmarks
- Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and local area events
- Work with county director, divisional heads and team leaders on brand initiatives and product developments.
- Manage high level provider relationships, contract negotiations, and maximise annual marketing support fees.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervise a marketing team including hiring, training, workload, schedules, and deadlines
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing
- Professional qualification in marketing
- Proven marketing campaign experience
- Attention to detail, effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong Designing, copy writing and content writing skills
- Proven ability to manage budget
- Professional and proactive work ethics
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Experience with digital marketing forms, such as social media marketing and content marketing
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
