We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Office Administrator. This part-time position involves ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office by managing mail, supplies, fleet, and contractor coordination.
* Managing office supplies, mail, and coordinating with contractors.
* Maintaining kitchen areas, organizing access cards, and supporting document storage.
* Coordinating local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team.
