Pay: $48.13 - $71.21 p/h + Super (DOE and qualification)

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with educators in the centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programmes offered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You'll need
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT
