Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CX Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in existing client accounts, as well as attracting new clients to our portfolio.
The CX Account Executive role is integral to achieving successful outcomes and growth objectives. Leveraging the success we've had with existing clients, with our market leading solutions, and the backing of our fantastic delivery teams, the foundations are well and truly set.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unlocking opportunities to support and partner with clients to navigate complexity with customer technology initiatives in customer experience (CX) and platform capability
* Collaborating with our solutions team to customise solutions and strategies for our clients for account expansion and further growth
* Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities from existing clients and new logo's
As a CX Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our solutions team to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution based selling environments, with a strong ability to engage with C-Level executives and build trusted advisor relationships.
They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* Min 4+ years in CX, Agency, SaaS
* Confidence and experience engaging with, and building trusted advisor relationships with C-Level executives managing multiple opportunities and collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Proven track record in delivering results in solution based selling environment
* Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or CX consultancy
