What you'll do * The Telecommunications Analysts in the management and coordination of the operational delivery of Telecommunication services for Queensland Health provides: - Coordinate and manage the resolution of P3 and P4 incidents, ensuring compliance with service level targets.- Liaise with telecommunications vendors and carriers (e.g., Telstra, Optus, ALE) for fault updates, provisioning, and service restoration.- Accurately record and maintain telecommunications information in ServiceNow (QHSNOW), ensuring all data is current and traceable.- Support planned outages and maintenance coordination by communicating effectively with stakeholders.- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to AO5 or AO6 staff as appropriate.- Provide accurate advice to customers, team members, and vendors regarding operational status and service processes.- Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements through the AO5 or AO6. * Contribute to the development, publication, implementation and compliance to policies, standards and procedures for telecommunications services at an enterprise level. * Maintain and manage effective working relationships internally and with third parties' providers in the support of Telecommunication services. About you We are searching for someone who has: * Experience with contemporary service management tools and the ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/change and configuration management. * Proven ability to coordinate ICT or telecommunications incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. * Demonstrated experience maintaining accuracy in system data (ServiceNow preferred) and following ITIL-based processes. * Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent issues. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, vendors, and customers. * Ability to work under general supervision while contributing to team and organisational goals.
