We're currently seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to support our team with essential HR functions.
This role offers exceptional flexibility to suit a variety of schedules.
Whether you're looking for school-based hours, a few flexible days spread across the week, or full days for part of the week, we can work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
The role will start end of January ****.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership
Coordinate leave requests and maintain accurate records
Oversee payroll processing and liaise with finance as needed
Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Provide general HR support and guidance to staff and management
Assist clients with HR-related queries and support, including documentation and advice
What We're Looking For
Experience in HR management or coordination
Strong understanding of Australian employment law and payroll practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with HR systems and payroll software is an advantage
