Position: Assistant to the Manager / Senior Sales Assistant
Location: Geraldton, WA
Full Time – 40 Hours Per Week

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant to the Manager to join our busy showroom and workshop team.
This is an exciting and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment, and has a genuine passion for customer service, teamwork, and beautiful jewellery.
About the Role
As Assistant to the Manager, you will work closely alongside management and the wider team to help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers every day.
* Assisting customers with jewellery sales and enquiries
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the showroom
* Assisting with stock presentation and merchandising
* Helping coordinate customer orders, repairs, and custom designs
* Working collaboratively with jewellers, designers, and retail staff
* Maintaining the warm and professional atmosphere Latitude Jewellers is known for
What We're Looking For
* A confident and friendly personality
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A passion for customer service and sales
* The ability to engage well with both customers and team members
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail (highly regarded)
* Knowledge of jewellery products and materials (preferred)
* Familiarity with Word and Excel
* Enjoy ongoing incentive programs
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
* Required to work every 2nd Saturday
* Work special events estimated 3 per year
