Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily kitchen operations
* Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff at all levels
* Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Plan menus with a focus on consistency, cost control, and customer satisfaction
* Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Take an active, hands-on role in food preparation and service
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, workplace health, and hygiene standards
* Control food costs and minimise waste
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Reliable, level-headed, and professional under pressure
* A practical, hands-on leadership style
