The Opportunity: Assistant Director
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
* Location: - Lowood
* Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
* Compensation: Up to $37 per hour + Super +15% wage retention
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director with daily operations and leadership
* Contribute to and lead aspects of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
* Support compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and Regulations
* Mentor and support educators across the service
* Promote a positive, reflective and collaborative team culture
* Build strong relationships with children, families and staff

We would love you to have:
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
* Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
* Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
* Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
* Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* A current Qld Blue Card
* Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
