In this Role, You'll
* Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
* Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines.
* Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents.
* Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications / Match
* Hold a current \"C\" Class manual driver's licence.
* Have hands‐on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
* Be proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team‐first attitude.
* Be comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions.
* Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery to maintain a secure work environment.
