About the Role This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide technical support both remotely and on-site, manage cloud and network environments, and work closely with clients to solve real-world IT challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 IT support to a diverse client base (remotely and onsite) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across networks, cloud systems, servers, and endpoints Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and virtualisation platforms Implement security measures and manage disaster recovery and backup strategies Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive service and clear communication Maintain accurate documentation and ticketing to ensure exceptional service delivery What We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a Level 2 support role (MSP experience highly regarded) Strong skills in Microsoft environments – including 365 and Windows Server Practical experience with networking, firewalls, VLANs, and mesh WiFi Solid knowledge of cloud services, security frameworks, and backup technologies Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools A customer-first attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay organised Additional Requirements Full working rights in Australia Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Willingness to travel to client sites around Sydney Able to provide a current Police Check What We Offer A stable, full-time role with career growth potential A collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to a broad range of technologies and clients The chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing business Apply now to join a business where your technical knowledge, initiative, and customer focus are truly valued.
