You love to get things done and you especially like solving problems.
You have empathy with your customers and colleagues.
You are well organised with an eye for detail. Please keep your cover letter under 250 words and highlight one achievement you're most proud of.
You're self-motivated. You'll be reporting to a part-time volunteer and be comfortable being judged on your results.
You are clear, detailed and thoughtful in expressing yourself whether you're in an interview, sending an email or writing an article. We are a small group of people with a range of different backgrounds, experience and time commitments. Clear and detailed communication is essential in this environment. When dealing with external parties, you will need to ask questions and provide answers in ways that anyone can understand.
You are inquisitive and have a natural curiosity about things. You are someone who wants to peel back the onion and find out more about how and why things happen.
You are persistent. If you run into a roadblock you will try another approach.

You enjoy meeting and talking to new people.
You are independent, extremely self-disciplined and able to prioritise your work efficiently.
You are also creative, expressive with your opinions and interested in the idea of building a community.
