The Role
An incredible opportunity awaits an exceptional General Manager to join Anyday now at Hôntô due to a recent internal promotion. The General Manager's role is to manage all aspects of the business from people, product, training, guest experience and finance. This role is primarily Monday - Friday roster and reports to our Group Operations & Performance manager.
The Requirements
* 3+ years of general management experience leading high-calibre restaurants in major cities.
* A concrete track record of operational and business success.
* Supporting your team in delivering world-class service to guests.
* Experienced in high volume restaurant trade
* Developing the teams through coaching, feedback, and consistent training.
* Mentoring the management teams through a hands-on approach.
* Working with managers and heads of departments to build and implement strategies to improve company culture, business, people, and overall business profitability.
* Overseeing service and ensuring processes and procedures in standards and compliance are followed.
* Managing costs to meet the company's financial goals without compromising service and our teams.
* A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards.
