**Product Development Manager**
Launch are looking for a hands-on Product Development Manager to drive the planning and execution of our SaaS products. It includes managing a small, high performing product team and curating and prioritising the requirements of products and customers. The role would require you to work closely with the Product Owner and the sales and engineering teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Product Team, consisting of Business Analysts, Delivery Manager and Designers (5 people), under the direction of the Product Owner.
- Ensure that requirements are correctly and accurately captured and translated into high quality user stories and JIRA tickets
- Work cross functionally with the Sales and Customer Success team to capture customer feedback and roll out of products
- Work with the Development Team to ensure requirements are understood and product development meets requirements
- Manage the sprint planning and sprint review process to ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented and understood by the Dev Team
- Manage and update the Product Roadmap
**Role Requirements**:
- Experience in the design and development of complex software solutions using cloud hosted system architectures
- Experience managing small high performing teams and motivating them to deliver outstanding results for the business and its customers
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes for the products
- Experience working with Agile practices and the latest design and development tools including JIRA, confluence and FIGMA
- Experience working with senior leaders within the business and with enterprise level customers
- An understanding of integration of cloud hosted software solutions with web based and on prem systems would be highly regarded
- Ability to escalate blockers/issues/decisions to Product Owner
