Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex HR and ER challenges. You will be working closely with managers and employees to provide proactive guidance and expert support.
* Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, investigations, and compliance reporting.
* Independently undertaking both low-level and complex case management and queries. Acting as a point of escalation within the team with assistance from Workplace Relations.

1. Interpreting employment legislation policies and procedures to provide accurate advice to managers and employees.
