The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and driving sales of our quality used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Consistently deliver high levels of guest satisfaction by providing personalised service and expert product knowledge
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of used vehicle inventory and pricing to assist guests
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring profitability and guest retention
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing guests through effective communication and follow‐up
* Collaborate with the sales team to promote the dealership and achieve overall sales goals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry, focusing on used vehicles
* Dynamic, driven attitude with strong relationship‐building skills
* Financially motivated, with a passion for closing deals and exceeding monthly sales targets
* Self‐motivated and goal‐oriented, targeting 30 cars per month
* Highly personable, articulate, and able to quickly establish trust with guests
* Committed to delivering exceptional guest service and continuously exceeding expectations
* Computer literate with strong attention to detail and accuracy
