Job Description
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the People & Culture division to deliver strategic initiatives that align with the corporate vision. This role involves developing and implementing people strategies to enhance organisational capability, foster a culture of excellence, and promote employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the corporate strategy through strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
* Lead the People & Culture team to design and implement effective talent management, succession planning, and organisational development programs.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote organisational image and reputation.
* Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to support business decision-making and growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, Law, or a relevant discipline.
* Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering strategic initiatives in an industrial environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
