Casual Mall Leasing Manager – Hyperdome Shopping Centre
We are currently looking for a professional, self-motivated, experienced Casual Mall Leasing Manager
to join our centre management team at Hyperdome Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in Retail Property. If you are experienced in CML with a keen interest in retail property and leadership, we would love to hear from you. This role will work with the Centre Manager and Casual Mall Leasing Executive to deliver the centre's Casual Mall Leasing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving the Casual Mall Leasing Income budget for the allocated centre
* Sourcing new income opportunities for business development of the CML function
* Leadership and staff management of the Casual Mall Leasing Executive
* Driving the continuous development of software to support the wider CML functions across the portfolio
* Identifying and leading opportunities for collaboration across the portfolio
We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:
* Qualification in Business Administration or similar highly regarded
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in CML within the shopping centre industry
* Applicable agent representative qualifications to undertake the role
* Mentoring and leadership experience highly regarded
* Exposure to various ERP platforms for CML highly regarded
