Your role
Drive the end-to-end testing of systems under development and maintain quality assurance processes to reduce defects and ensure quality standards.
This role operates at a manager‐equivalent level, with accountability for leading testing outcomes, influencing delivery decisions, and providing expert advice to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Be part of our Major Digital and ICT Programs team to ensure software quality and support IT project delivery.
Your Impact
* Develop and deliver fit‐for‐purpose testing strategies to reduce risks and detect defects.
* Plan, design, and execute end‐to‐end testing across the delivery lifecycle, including system, integration, performance, user acceptance, and release testing.
* Manage defects through effective tracking, prioritisation, and collaboration with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution and high‐quality outcomes.
* Lead test automation, performance, load, and stress testing initiatives where required.
* Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with business stakeholders to confirm solutions meet agreed requirements and user needs.
* Drive quality management and continuous process enhancements by applying lessons learned and refining testing methodologies across projects.
