About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the care team to ensure delivery of quality care services.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
* Comply with Aged Care Quality Standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience as an RN in an aged care or healthcare setting.
* Demonstrated ability to assess resident needs and develop effective care plans.
* Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
