We're a specialist technology company building real-time 3D construction simulation systems for major infrastructure projects globally. We use Unreal Engine, AWS, AI agents, and custom C++ tools to create behavioural planning and training systems. Based in Aarhus (Denmark) and Melbourne — fully remote team.
The Role
We need a sharp junior DevOps / ICT generalist who can keep our technical infrastructure running while learning fast. This isn't a ticket-closing role — you'll work directly alongside our developers building serious systems.
You'll handle:
* CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
* Linux sysadmin — Ubuntu, shell scripting, log management
* Microsoft 365 admin (users, licences, SharePoint, Teams)
* Docker containerisation for internal tools
* Unreal Engine build environment support
* General ICT — networking, DNS, VPN, security
Who We Want
* Early career or graduate-plus level — hungry to grow, curious about serious tech, and fast
* EU timezone required for team overlap (CET/CEST, UK, or Eastern Europe)
* Strong Linux command line skills
* Working knowledge of AWS
* Git and CI/CD experience
* Bonus: Unreal Engine or 3D software environments
* Bonus: interest in simulation, CGI, or real-time 3D tech
