Permanent Part time role (45.6 hours per fortnight)Located at St KildaAccess up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits & increase take-home payYour new roleWe’re looking for an inspiring and experienced leader to take on a key role in guiding non-clinical mental health support services led by individuals in designated lived and living experience roles. This position plays a vital part in fostering recovery-oriented support through peer-led approaches.As Team Leader, you’ll manage program delivery, provide strategic leadership, and support the continued development of our lived and living experience workforce.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring delivery of program outcomes in line with funding requirementsLeading and promoting quality, person-centered practice across the teamProviding leadership to support the long-term vision, sustainability, and expansion of servicesWorking closely with the Training & Capacity Building Team Leader to support the delivery of Hearing Voices trainingThis role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while shaping the future of lived experience-led mental health support.Benefits of working at UnitingSelect 3-5 benefits from the below bullet points.Our work isn’t easy, but it matters.
