Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving overall store and team performance.

1. Create and maintain a people-first culture that values development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
2. Lead, coach and support the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals.
3. Provide regular and effective feedback that prioritises professional development and internal progression in a professional and people-first manner.
* Your Responsibilities:
1. Ensure team members deliver an exceptional customer experience using established sales techniques.
2. Drive and maintain sales performance within the store in line with retail goals and KPIs.
3. Support the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss store and team opportunities and develop actions.
5. Primary point of contact and manager on duty on the Store Manager's days off.
