We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and confident Recovery Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our studio runs smoothly, while providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them on their recovery journeys.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, has previous sales or lead management experience, and thrives in a people-first, wellness-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Management & Client Outreach
Proactively contact and follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and promote our services. You'll play a key role in driving client engagement and conversions, so confidence on the phone is essential.
* Sales-Oriented Client Engagement
Conduct studio tours and educate potential clients about our recovery modalities, helping them understand how our services can meet their unique wellness needs.
* Studio Maintenance
Keep the studio clean and organized, ensuring all equipment and areas are well-maintained and ready for client use.
* Sauna Cleaning
Regularly clean and maintain saunas to ensure a hygienic and comfortable experience for our clients.
* Member Relations
Build strong relationships with members by understanding their recovery, rehabilitation, and wellness goals, and ensuring they feel supported.
* Client Assistance
Help clients destress, recover, and heal through our various wellness offerings.
Qualifications:
* Confident making phone calls and communicating persuasively with both warm and cold leads.
* Previous sales or lead management experience is strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in customer service or wellness industries is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of recovery modalities and therapies is desirable but not required.
