Your role involves building the enterprise Employee Service Centre on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring governance, agility, and stability through ITIL and Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a service delivery team of scrum masters, developers, admins, and business analysts
* Provide leadership, support, and guidance to team members to achieve goals and deliver quality work
* Ensure ITIL and Agile principles are embedded within the team's delivery approach
* Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and escalations
* Conduct prioritization meetings with stakeholders and functional leads
Requirements:
* A degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or demonstrated experience meeting key skills
* 5+ years in ServiceNow, strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations background
* 10+ years in leading delivery teams or similar agile/operations teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills
