As a seasoned civil engineer in our Land Infrastructure Team, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of land infrastructure. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Take a lead role on civil design infrastructure projects, maintaining involvement from the bid stage through to design and ultimate successful project delivery.
* Work with a team of civil engineers, designers, and drafters to contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across a broad range of private and government projects.
* Be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client's needs.
* Grow your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team with guidance from the large support network.
* Collaborate across disciplines to explore creative and efficient solutions to project needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A relevant engineering degree, be RPEQ accredited (or working towards) and at least 5 years' post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering.
* A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people.
* A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives.
