We are seeking an accomplished leader to provide exceptional strategic and cultural guidance, focusing on audience, artistic, and financial sustainability, while maintaining robust connections within Aboriginal, government, business, and artistic communities.
About the Role
The Theatre Executive Director will be responsible for realising the Artistic Director's vision, building brand and profile, developing audiences, increasing financial viability, overseeing scheduling and operations, and developing staff and First Nations artists. They will also supervise business operations including finance, marketing, development, education, and producing.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership in an organisation of similar scale and scope.
