Part time spray operator role starting immediately with the local council

Join a local council that's all about keeping our parks and public spaces looking great for the community. The horticulture team takes pride in creating clean, green spaces for everyone to enjoy, and now we're seeking a Spray Operator to help keep things under control.
Your new role
As a Spray Operator, you'll be out and about making sure weeds don't take over. Your day-to-day will include:
* Spraying herbicides safely and effectively
* Keeping an eye on weed growth and reporting any issues
* Looking after your spray gear and making sure everything's in top shape
* Helping the team with general grounds work when needed
* Following all safety and environmental guidelines
What you'll need to succeed
Here's what we're looking for:
* White Card and Chemical Handling Certificate (must-have)
* Able to pass regular drug and alcohol checks
* Experience with spraying or horticulture work (a big plus)
* Good attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
* Happy to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
* Can work on your own and as part of a team
What you'll get in return
