We are seeking a sales assistant to join our dynamic team at Launceston Airport. As a retail sales assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing outstanding service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Delivering exceptional customer service and expert product recommendations;
2. Staying ahead of trends with ongoing professional training;
3. Keeping the store looking vibrant and well-stocked;
4. Processing transactions smoothly and efficiently;
5. Assisting customers with queries in a friendly and professional manner;
Key Requirements
* A passion for customer service and sales;
* An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is preferred;
* A confident communicator with a positive attitude;
* A well-groomed and professionally presented individual;
* Retail experience is great, but not essential – we'll train you;
* Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays;
* Valid working rights and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
