About the Job:
Ready to lead, inspire and make your mark? A golden opportunity awaits for an experienced Store Manager to take charge of one of our high-performing stores at Balgowlah and drive results through passion and people-power.
Your Mission: Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll own the performance of the store — smashing sales targets, driving customer connection and making every visit feel like an experience, not just a transaction. You'll work Tuesday to Saturday, giving you structured work-life balance with weekends to shine.
Key Duties:
- Lead, mentor and elevate your team to new heights
- Deliver gold-standard customer service and ensure your store looks flawless
- Onboard new team members and help them thrive
- Boost store performance by owning key processes and spotting improvement opportunities
- Take charge of inventory and manage stock with precision
About You:
- A background in premium fashion (men's or women's apparel)
- A natural flair for customer engagement — any industry welcome
- A sharp eye for style, a polished presence and excellent communication skills
