What we're looking for:
* Experience in warehousing with a desire to grow into a trade sales role or
* Customer service experience with an interest in hands-on work and learning about our products
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
* Enjoys working closely with colleagues and customers to deliver exceptional service
About the role:
This is a dual-role position where you will:
* Assist in managing warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
* Support trade sales by helping customers with product selection, providing quotes, processing orders
* Maintain stock accuracy and ensure timely deliveries
