Salary: UOM 7 - $111,275 - $120,453 p.a. plus 17% super

What you will deliver

* Develop and maintain procedures for robust data handling, management and governance aligned with University and regulatory standards.
* Design and implement reporting mechanisms that inform operational planning and delivery across SEDS and related programmes.
* Integrate and leverage data from multiple SASS activities to enable streamlined collection, curation, analysis and evaluation.
* Produce clear reports and insights that monitor service performance and support continuous improvement across student equity services.
* Track and communicate process and service efficiency measures, identifying opportunities for innovation and better student outcomes.

You may be a great fit if you

* Hold a relevant degree and bring experience in data, evaluation or a related analytical field.
* Understand higher education operations, ideally within student-facing services or teaching and learning support environments.
* Demonstrate experience analysing large, complex data sets and guiding stakeholders in interpreting results for decision-making.
* Apply strong conceptual, analytical and problem‐solving skills to prioritise issues and design practical, innovative solutions.
* Communicate complex information clearly through well‐structured written reports, presentations and stakeholder advice.
* Maintain contemporary knowledge of disability, mental health, educational adjustments and evolving assistive technologies.
