The role of Operations Lead involves leading daily operations, supporting and guiding the wider team, and acting as the vital link between frontline staff and the leadership team. This position includes a regular weekend shift and we value work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible options, including part-time, to suit the right person.

Qualifications and Experience
We require applicants to have the following skills and qualifications:
* HLTAID011: Provide First Aid
* HLTAID009: Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
* RIIWHS204E: Work safely at heights
* Current Working with Children Employee check
* Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol
* Working at Heights Training (highly desirable)
