Purpose of this position
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial risks, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports to the executive team
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders
Lead financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
Manage the accounting and tax functions of the organization
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
CPA or CFA certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
Experience managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
