Head baker - everyday bread (hamilton hill)

Everyday Bread is an established bakery just outside Fremantle with a robust focus on quality, honouring time and technique to produce delicious bread for people to enjoy.

We are seeking a strong baker to take the reigns as production manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of passionate bakers and trade assistants
• Oversee and work in the production of baked goods
• Training of new staff
• Work collaboratively in developing new products
• Oversee the production of bread and Viennoiserie
• Training of new staff
• Quality control and troubleshooting
• Be computer literate
• Manage rostering
• Stock control
• Hiring & recruiting

3 years experience as a baker is necessary, sponsorship is available for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay
